Heather C. Parker
Ms. Parker is proficient in all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial. She has successfully represented clients in settlement negotiations, mediation and trial.
Ms. Parker has extensive experience in the defense of class actions, including Financial Services Litigation, Consumer Litigation, and in construction litigation and tort defense, including personal injury and premises liability.
Ms. Parker enjoys working with non-profit adoption agencies, as well as foster care and adoption advocacy organizations. She served on the Board of Directors for Adopt a Special Kid in Oakland, California, and was a member of the Inter-Agency Adoption Coalition in Tennessee, where she is also licensed to practice law.
While in law school, Ms. Parker served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Stuart R. Pollak of the First District of the California Court of Appeal.
