Linda I. Yen
Ms. Yen, an attorney in the Firm's San Francisco office, focuses her practice on commercial litigation and financial services litigation. She has over nine years of civil litigation experience, focused on complex civil litigation, and has handled multiple jury trials to verdict.
As part of her extensive trial and litigation experience, she has second-chaired two state jury trials to verdict and has been responsible for each stage of litigation, from making appearances, research and writing pre and post-trial motions, and conducting discovery in five other state jury trials.
Ms. Yen has also taken and defended hundreds of depositions, retained and prepared expert witnesses, and cross-examined witnesses at trial. She has also successfully represented clients at numerous settlement negotiations, mediations and judicial arbitrations.
Ms. Yen is a former law clerk for Commissioner (fmr.) Gloria Tristani, at the Federal Communications Commission, Washington D.C.; the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, Washington D.C., and the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, Washington D.C.
