- Successfully represented commerical property owner in unlawful detainer action in San Mateo County Superior Court.
- Obtained trial verdict in favor of plaintiff in Wigginton v. Tran, San
Francisco Superior Court, involving claims of nuisance, trespass and
damage to real property. - Obtained trial verdict in favor of Chapter 7 Trustee in Damir v. Century 21
Herd & Company, heard by Honorable Dennis Montali in United States
Bankruptcy Court, Northern District. Causes of action included fraudulent
transfer of real estate assets and breach of contract. - Represented a real estate investment brokerage company against a
variety of litigation matters brought against it, and its agents, involving
breach of fiduciary duty and failure to disclose material facts in
commercial and residential real estate transactions. - Successfully represented a private landowner in claim brought by a Napa
County vineyard involving the use of an easement and claims of trespass,
nuisance and damage to real property.
